Revealed Evil

has been alive almost a month now. While sales aren't setting any blockbuster ratings, I'm happy. I wasn't expecting it to be a best seller overnight. A collection of short stories, no matter the genre, is a hard sell. But, I do think that the short story form may be making a comeback. They are quick and easy to read. Got a few minutes, you can read a full story from start to finish.

The look inside feature has now been activated on Amazon and you can check it out here. Smashwords has announced a deal with Barnes and Noble, so that's a good thing too. I'll post a link when that becomes available.

Kevin's hard at work on the audio version of the book. Discovered quickly while I can write the words, me speaking them sounds so weird. Then again, reading aloud was never my strong point (ask my kids). I just don't have the acting ability needed to bring the life and emotion to the reading. So I'll stick to writing the stories-we'll find readers who can do them justice.

The First Review

for Revealed Evil arrived via email today

very nice work.
some pretty disturbing images, pretty forbidden subjects, pretty direct lyric-- un-sugarcoated. you dance in places i couldn't step, unknown country, velvety darkness in all senses.
the changlings made me shiver.
the church on the hill struck deeply buried chords.

The first 5 review copies of the print edition of Revealed Evil will be in the mail on Monday. If all reviews are half as nice as the one received yesterday - the author of Revealed Evil will be very happy, indeed.

Revealed Evil

Revealed Evil is now alive and living, waiting to be devoured, on Amazon. Along with the eBook available on Smashwords (and soon to be available on B&N), Revealed Evil is hours of entertainment and frights for a very small price.

Currently we're working on the CD audio radio plays of each of the stories which will be available in the deep recesses of the upcoming winter. The films will begin to blossom along with spring of 2010.

Our plate is full, but many, many stories are coming to the table in the near future.
